This is a collection of meeting minutes, task force reports, memos, and various ancillary materials such as articles and sample position descriptions that were produced for the 1997 Human Resources Advisory Committee. The Committee seems to have been formed to address rapid change and growth taking place at the Clark by revising the employee handbook, fine-tuning position descriptions, improving communication, and introducing new management strategies. It was assembled by Sherrill Ingalls, who worked in Communications and sat on the Committee.
